Mr. Abrigo was born and raised in Weslaco, Texas where his family raised Brahman and Commercial cattle.  Mr. Abrigo is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Educational Administration from Texas A&M University in Kingsville.
